Oath of directors.
245.340. Said directors shall, before entering upon theirduties, take and subscribe the oath prescribed by theconstitution of this state, and that they will faithfully,honestly and impartially discharge their duties as directors,according to law, which oath shall be filed in the office of thecounty in which said directors may be appointed.
