Majority of board a quorum.
245.350. A majority of said board of directors shallconstitute a quorum for the transaction of the business of theboard. All permanent vacancies in said board of directors,caused by death, resignation, removal from the county whereappointed, or refusal to serve, shall be filled by the countycommission of the county in which the vacancy occurs.
