Pay of directors.
245.360. Each director attending a meeting of said board ofdirectors shall be entitled to receive for his services for eachday actually engaged in holding meetings of said board, the sameper diem and mileage as allowed by law to commissioners of countycommissions for their services in holding county commissionmeetings.
