Contractors to give bond.
245.375. The contractors shall give bond to said board ofdirectors, with good and sufficient security, in a sum sufficientto secure the prompt execution of their contract, conditioned topay any damages which shall result to the landholders of saiddistrict from a failure to perform their said contracts, or byreason of negligent performance of the same.
