Board may issue warrants.
245.495. The board of directors may, at its option, in lieuof bonds, issue warrants on the county treasurer, payable out ofthe fund of the levee district, in payment of any indebtednessincurred, including the entire expenses of constructing thelevee, repairing or extending the same.
