Circuit judge to give penal sections in charge to grand jury.
245.545. It shall be the duty of the judge of the circuitcourt in any county where levees have been constructed under theprovisions of sections 245.285 to 245.545, to give the penalsections of this chapter in special charge to the grand jury ofsaid county.
