Authority to cooperate with other entities to develop bike trails.
246.283. Any district formed pursuant to the laws of thisstate shall have authority to cooperate with other entities,public and private, in the development of bikeways and biketrails; provided, however, that no power of condemnation of landshall be used by the district for the purpose of bike trails.
