Organization of board, when.
247.070. Within thirty days after appointment or electionof the board, or on the date of the first regular meeting afterappointment or election of the board, whichever is earlier, theboard shall meet and organize, selecting one of its numberpresident and one vice president. It shall also select a clerkand a treasurer, neither of whom shall be members of the board.The president and vice president shall serve for one year anduntil their successors are selected and qualified.
