Condemnation of property--procedure.
247.210. The proceedings for condemnation of property underpowers conferred by sections 247.010 to 247.220 shall, as nearlyas may be practicable, be the same as proceedings provided forcondemnation of property by cities of the fourth class, exceptthat proceedings shall be instituted and carried through by theboard of directors.
