Organization of district, procedure.
247.260. The organization of a metropolitan water supplydistrict shall be initiated by a petition filed in the office ofthe clerk of the circuit court vested with jurisdiction asprovided in sections 247.230 to 247.670. The petition shall besigned by one hundred voters of the district.
