Exclusive jurisdiction of court--property-owning judge notdisqualified.
247.300. The circuit court shall thereafter for all purposesof sections 247.230 to 247.670, except as herein otherwiseprovided, maintain and have original and exclusive jurisdictionover all matters connected with or affected by said district. Nojudge of the circuit court wherein such petition is filed shallbe disqualified to perform any duty imposed by said sections byreason of ownership of property within the proposed district.
