Cases involving validity of organization, when heard.
247.660. All cases in which there may arise a question ofthe validity of the organization of a district, or a question ofthe validity of any proceeding under sections 247.230 to 247.670,shall be advanced on the docket as a matter of immediate publicinterest and concern, and heard at the earliest practicablemoment. The courts shall be open at all times for the purposesof sections 247.230 to 247.670.
