County commission may alter district boundaries.
249.490. The county commission shall have authority, byresolution, to subdivide, enlarge, or change the boundaries ofany sewer district authorized in sections 249.430 to 249.660, andmore than one main sewer may be laid in one district if deemednecessary by the county commission for sanitary or otherpurposes.
