Legal aid--how secured.
249.660. The county commission may require the countycounselor, or an assistant county counselor, to give advice andconduct all legal proceedings or suits necessary in theadministration of sections 249.430 to 249.660, and if deemednecessary the county commission may also employ a specialattorney or attorneys for such purposes upon terms fixed by anagreement in writing.
