Board may issue current revenue bonds.
249.793. The board may issue and sell current revenue bondsto meet the current expenses of the district incurred in advanceof the revenue to be derived from the property tax levy and to bepaid out of the current revenue when accrued. The chairman ofthe board shall execute the bonds on behalf of the district andthey shall be attested by the secretary.
