Owner and occupant both liable for sewerage charges.
249.803. Sewerage services furnished by a sewer districtcreated under the provisions of sections 249.760 to 249.810 shallbe deemed to be furnished to both the occupant and owner of thepremises receiving the services and the sewer district renderingthe services shall have power to sue the occupant or owner, orboth, of the real estate in a civil action to recover any sumsdue for the services, plus a reasonable attorney fee to be fixedby the court.
