Definitions.
251.473. As used in sections 251.470 to 251.485, thefollowing terms mean:
(1) "City", any city or town in this state with a populationof fifty thousand or under;
(2) "Program", the Missouri main street program, establishedunder the provisions of sections 251.470 to 251.485.
