Commission notified of results of prosecution.
252.140. It shall be the duty of every associate circuitjudge or clerk of the court before whom any prosecution undersections 252.010 to 252.240 is commenced, or shall go on appealand within twenty days after the trial or dismissal thereof, toreport in writing the result thereof and the amount of finecollected, if any, to the commission.
