Penalty for hunting or fishing when license is suspended, revoked,denied.
252.241. 1. No person shall hunt or fish during a periodwhen any permit or privilege allowing such person to hunt or fishis suspended, revoked, or denied by any court of this state or bythe conservation commission during the term of such suspension,revocation, or denial.
2. Violation of subsection 1 of this section is a class Amisdemeanor.
3. The penalties prescribed by this section shall be inaddition to, and not in lieu of, any other penalties prescribedby law.
