Cooperation with federal agencies.
256.110. The work of the division of geological survey andwater resources may be done in cooperation with federal agenciesand other state agencies. The state geologist shall beauthorized to file formal cooperative agreements with federalagencies. The progress of cooperative programs shall be includedin the report of the activities of the division.
