Commission to report to legislature, contents.
256.330. In order to serve the legislature with fullinformation, the clean water commission shall report thosesegments of long-range planning which are applicable tomanagement of the fund to each legislative session. The reportsshall include economic justification for any recommendationsinvolving contribution to or withdrawal from the fund, and shallalso demonstrate benefits accruing to the state as a whole.
