Legislature may appropriate from fund, purposes.
256.340. Based on reports required in section 256.330, thelegislature may appropriate money from the fund to the cleanwater commission for specified participation in future municipaland industrial water supply storage costs incurred by projectconstruction, including cost sharing of the project investmentcost, annual operation, maintenance and replacement costs, andpayment of interest on the unpaid balance.
