Performance of duties compelled by mandamus.
257.440. The performance of all duties prescribed in thischapter concerning the organization, administration and operationof the district may be enforced against any officer or againstany person or public corporation refusing to comply with anyorder of the board by mandamus at the instance of the board oftrustees or of any person or public corporation interested in anyway in such district or proposed district.
