Contracts between authority and political subdivisions, purpose.
260.095. Any municipality, public body, politicalsubdivision or municipal corporation may enter into leases,contracts, releases, compromises and loan agreements with theauthority for the purpose of developing energy resources orpreventing or reducing pollution or the disposal of solid wasteor sewage or providing water facilities or resource recoveryfacilities.
