260.1068. 1. A manufacturer or retailer of equipment is not liablein any way for information in any form that a consumer leaves on computermaterials that are collected, recycled, or reused under sections 260.1050to 260.1101.
2. The consumer is responsible for any information in any form lefton the consumer's computer materials that are collected, recycled, orreused.
3. Compliance with sections 260.1050 to 260.1101 does not exempt aperson from liability under other law.
