Rules and regulations--procedure.
260.520. The director may adopt, amend, promulgate or repeal, afterdue notice and hearing, rules and regulations to implement sections 260.500to 260.550 pursuant to this section and chapter 536, RSMo. No rule orportion of a rule promulgated under the authority of sections 260.500 to260.550 shall become effective unless it has been promulgated pursuant tothe provisions of section 536.024, RSMo.
