Salaries and accounts.
261.050. Upon the filing of proper vouchers andrequisitions, duly certified by the director, warrants shall beissued monthly, as provided by law, upon the state treasurer forthe payment of all approved salaries and accounts under thejurisdiction of the state department of agriculture.
