Animal export inspection facilities, operation.
261.100. Within the limit of funds specifically appropriatedfor that purpose, the director of the department of agriculturemay operate an animal export inspection facility meeting therequirements of the United States Department of Agriculture foranimal inspection prior to export shipments.
