Dairy industry information, director to obtain, for use ofsouthern dairy compact commission.
262.702. 1. The director of the department of agriculture may, bylawful means, obtain information pertaining to the dairy industry which hedeems necessary to carry out the purposes of the provisions of the southerndairy compact. Such information may be utilized by the director, thedelegates, and the southern dairy compact commission.
2. The director may adopt such rules and regulations, in accordancewith chapter 536, RSMo, as are necessary to carry out the purposes of thischapter and the southern dairy compact.
