All commercial slaughter plants and meat processors regulated.
265.310. All commercial plants at which livestock or poultryare slaughtered, or at which meat or meat products are processedfor human consumption, shall be operated in accordance with suchsanitary practices as are provided by sections 265.300 to 265.470and by the rules and regulations prescribed by the director.
