Permit required to sell fertilizer--application.
266.301. It shall be unlawful for any distributor to sell,offer for sale or expose for sale for consumption or use in thisstate any fertilizer without first securing a permit from thedirector. Such permit shall expire on the thirtieth day of Juneof each year. Application for such permit shall be on formsfurnished by the director.
