Permit required, annual expiration date.
266.515. It shall be unlawful for any distributor orproducer to sell, offer for sale, or expose for sale, forconsumption or use in this state any agricultural limingmaterials without first securing a permit from the director. Thepermit shall expire on the thirtieth day of June each year.Application for the permits shall be on forms furnished by thedirector.
