Dead animal substation, permit required.
269.032. No person, except one holding a permit to operateor maintain a dead animal substation in this state, shall operateor maintain a dead animal substation in this state. The stateveterinarian shall keep a record of all applications for permits,showing all permits issued, denied, revoked, or otherwisedisciplined by him, and such other facts as he may prescribe.
