Inspection of plants.
269.190. The state veterinarian, in person or by anyoneauthorized by him, shall inspect each plant and place licensedunder this chapter at least once each year, and as often as hemay deem necessary, and shall see that the licensees and allother persons comply with this chapter and conduct such businessin conformity with this chapter and the rules and regulationsmade and published by him pursuant thereto.
