Records to be kept--warrants--funds prorated, when.

273.130. A complete record shall be kept of the commission'sproceedings, including the names of the applicants and cosignersand the amount paid to each applicant, and the number oflivestock or poultry injured or killed. The commission shall onor before the twentieth day of March of each year give to theapplicant a warrant, drawn on the county dog license fund,covering the amount of his losses found by the commission. Ifthere is not sufficient money in the fund to pay all allowedclaims in full then said warrant shall be for his pro rata shareof the money available.
