Failure of reinspections after original violation, penalty,amount--payment of penalty required before license renewal.
273.338. Persons and facilities which subsequently fail twoconsecutive reinspections for an original violation shall becharged a fee of one hundred dollars, which shall be paid beforesubsequent inspection and renewal of such person's or facility'slicense.
