Membership certificate--liabilities--voting rights.
274.050. 1. When a member of an association has paid hismembership fee in full, he shall receive a certificate ofmembership.
2. No member shall be liable for the debts of theassociation to an amount exceeding the sum remaining unpaid onhis marketing contract.
3. No member shall be entitled to more than one vote.
