Officers elected by directors.
274.120. The directors shall elect from their number apresident and one or more vice presidents. They shall also electa secretary and a treasurer, who need not be directors or membersof the association; and they may combine the two latter officesand designate the combined office as secretary-treasurer; orunite both functions and titles in one person. The bylaws mayprovide for the election of the president and vice president bythe members, or their delegates, at annual meetings.
