Use of words "nonprofit cooperative" prohibited.
274.250. No person, firm, corporation, or association,hereafter organized or hereafter applying to do business in thisstate as a farmers' marketing association for the sale of farmproducts, shall be entitled to use the words "nonprofitcooperative" as part of its corporate or other business name ortitle, unless it has complied with the provisions of thischapter.
