Associations empowered to execute purposes of organization.
275.150. That commodity corporation associations, organizedunder the provisions of this chapter, shall have power and theyare hereby authorized to do any and all things not specificallyprohibited by law, which may be necessary to fully carry out thepurposes of its organization.
