Refund of fees, request for.
275.360. Any producer or grower may, by the use of formsprovided by the director, have the fee paid and all future feespaid or collected from him pursuant to sections 275.300 to275.370 refunded to him, provided such request for refund is inthe office of the director within sixty days following thepayment of such fee. Apples will be exempt from this provision.
