Grain exchange deemed public market and subject to law.
276.090. Any regular place of business or trading roomcommonly known or designated as a board of trade or grainexchange maintained or operated by any organization, of whateverform or kind, for the members of such organization, in which saidplace of business or trading room members of such organizationsell, buy or exchange grain or other farm products for themselvesor others, is hereby declared to be a public market, and saidpublic market, and the organization maintaining or operating thesame, and the members of said organization, in buying, selling orexchanging in said market, shall be subject to the provisions ofsections 276.090 to 276.150.
