Violation a misdemeanor.
276.150. Any person, firm, company or corporation violatingany provision of sections 276.090 to 276.150 shall be deemedguilty of a misdemeanor, and, upon conviction, shall be fined foreach offense not less than one thousand dollars nor more than tenthousand dollars.
