Ratite birds classified as livestock.
277.022. For the purposes of any rule or regulationpromulgated by any department, board, or commission of thisstate, ratite birds including, but not limited to, ostrich andemu, scientifically designated as Dromiceius novaehollandiae,shall be treated and classified as livestock rather than asexotic animals.
