Subdistricts authorized.
278.160. Subdistricts of a soil and water conservationdistrict may be formed as provided in sections 278.160 to 278.300for the purpose of carrying out watershed protection and floodprevention programs, for the prevention of floodwater andsediment damage and for furthering the conservation, development,utilization and disposal of water, and for increasing recreationand industrial development and for the development ofagricultural water management, irrigation and drainage.
