Injunction--violations.
280.140. The director is authorized to apply to the court togrant a temporary or permanent injunction restraining any personfrom violating or continuing to violate any of the provisions ofsections 280.005 to 280.140 or any rule promulgated undersections 280.005 to 280.140, notwithstanding the existence ofother remedies at law.
