Penalty for violation of sections 285.010 to 285.020.
285.020. 1. Any employer who willfully fails to submit alist of employees as provided in sections 285.010 to 285.020,within thirty days after receiving a written request, is guiltyof a misdemeanor and, upon conviction, shall be punished by afine of not more than one thousand dollars.
2. Any employee, agent, or agency head of the state ofMissouri, any of its political subdivisions, municipalcorporations or their instrumentalities who sells, gives away, orotherwise distributes or makes use of a list of employeescontrary to the provisions of sections 285.010 to 285.020 isguilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction, shall be punishedby a fine of not more than one thousand dollars or by confinementin the county jail for a period of not more than one year or byboth such fine and confinement.
