Annual report to governor.
287.680. The commission and division shall make and submitto the governor, on or before the first day of February, in eachyear, a report containing a full and complete account of itstransactions and proceedings under this chapter for the precedingyear, together with all statistics and information collected bythe division, and such other facts, suggestions andrecommendations as it may deem of value, which report shall belaid before the legislature.
