Life insurance benefits.
287.850. The board shall provide or contract for lifeinsurance benefits under the provisions of section 104.515, RSMo,for persons covered by sections 287.812 to 287.855 who, for thepurpose of that section, shall be considered members of theMissouri state employees' retirement system with the amount oflife insurance benefits based on the creditable service of theperson as provided in section 104.515, RSMo.
