Agents may sell policies, commissions.
287.915. Any insurance agent or broker licensed to sellworkers' compensation insurance in this state shall be authorizedto sell insurance policies for the company in compliance with thebylaws adopted by the company. The board shall establish aschedule of commissions to pay for the services of the agent.
